Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close the store as required.
  • Be responsible for a set of store keys.
  • Approach customers, provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Serve customers at the till, process sales transactions.
  • Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy.
Personal Qualities:
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
  • The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of up to £11.84 per hour, plus non-contractual hourly sales commission. A fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within your retail career.
