About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Cancer Care Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families affected by cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely access to appointments and services for patients with cancer
  • Offer signposting and support to patients and their families
  • Monitor patient pathways and ensure timely follow-up appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide administrative support to the Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist team
Requirements
  • Experience working in health and social care, caring for people with complex cancer needs
  • SVQ3 or equivalent clinical competencies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
