Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Shared Houses team at Blackwood Homes and Care. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a local area team to deliver essential services, integrating customer service ethos into daily work, and handling vacancies efficiently to minimize rent loss.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality housing support, meal services, and domestic cleaning for Houses of Multiple Occupancy.
- Promote shared independent living and collaborate with the Housing team to support high occupancy levels.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives and contribute to vibrant neighborhoods.
- Maintain community links, handle complaints and compliments, and ensure health and safety monitoring in line with statutory obligations.
Requirements
- Strong management and customer service skills.
- Passion for creating positive living environments for older people.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
