Our Support Practitioner role will give you the chance to provide individualised support to each person and engage them with hobbies and interests. By doing so, you'll empower individuals to develop skills and independence, promoting their overall growth. You'll be part of a team that provides 24/7 support to live their best lives.



As a Support Practitioner, you'll help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team. You'll support individuals within the community, engaging with their hobbies and interests, and help them develop skills and independence, promoting their overall growth. You'll also attend various community groups and accompany our service users to attend activities they are passionate about.



Some of your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing, and celebrating achievements and milestones, both big and small, to create a rewarding and positive environment.



We're looking for someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Practitioner, you'll be supported by an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge whilst developing new skills.



We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 (pro rata) and a salary matching scheme within the pay points of the role. We also value lived experience and offer a supportive environment for our staff. Please note that IT skills are required for all our vacancies, and where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.



Where there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, you will receive, on top of your £12.19 ph, an additional £96 for every sleepover shift you work. Our Support Practitioner role will include helping to provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.
