Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Headteacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and vision of our school, as well as a proven track record of leadership and teaching responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be an aspiring leader who can challenge, inspire, and drive school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. They will also be an outstanding Key Stage 1 classroom practitioner, knowledgeable in formative assessment, data analysis, and rigorous school self-evaluation practices.

We are looking for a creative leader of curriculum development who can bring new ideas and approaches to our school. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with staff, governors, and parents to achieve our school's goals and objectives.
