Garden Furniture Department Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Department Head to join our Garden Furniture team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing department operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Manage department operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
