About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Risk and Compliance team at EJ Legal Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on clients to identify potential risks and compliance issues
  • Research and analyze the structure of client companies, including director and shareholder information
  • Monitor regulatory investigations and negative press related to clients
Requirements
  • Strong academic background and relevant experience working in a law firm
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to advance your career in Risk and Compliance, we encourage you to apply.
