Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Research the structure of client companies, including directors and major shareholders
  • Identify potential risks and conflicts, and provide recommendations for mitigation

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in a relevant field
  • Experience working in a law firm, preferably as a Paralegal or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures

What We Offer

EJ Legal Limited offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
