About the Role

EJ Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join its Risk and Compliance team. As a Risk and Compliance Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on clients to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Research and analyze the structure of client companies, including their directors and major shareholders.
  • Monitor regulatory investigations and negative press related to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background with a degree in Law or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a law firm, preferably as a Paralegal or in a similar role.
  • Experience with file opening, conducting ID checks, and running conflicts or AML checks is highly desirable.

What We Offer

EJ Legal Limited offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
