Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Research client company structures, including director and shareholder information
  • Identify potential risks and conflicts of interest
  • Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to develop and implement effective risk management strategies

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in law or a related field
  • Experience working in a law firm, preferably as a Paralegal or in a similar role
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
