Position: Senior Systems Architect

Location: Hybrid working arrangements available based on business requirements.

Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Programme Delivery Lead and Product Owner to ensure the team achieves its collective goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing agile methodologies for effective work planning
  • Identifying and developing system specifications
  • Creating and refining systems architectures, capabilities, and conceptual alternatives
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement through workshops and other interactive sessions
  • Participating in System Integration, Testing, Evaluation, and acceptance criteria definition
  • Mentoring and guiding a diverse team of skilled engineers and team leaders
  • Leading a team of experienced engineers in the delivery of command and control systems
  • Ensuring effective communication and information flow across the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience with aircraft systems
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NAF, MODAF, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and SysML
  • Experience with architectural modeling tools, including Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Sparx EA, MooD, CAMEO, Capella, and Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of requirements processes and associated tools like DOORS, Teamcenter, ArchiMate, and TOGAF
