Programme Coordinator

At PlayStation, we're pushing the boundaries of gaming and technology. We're seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support our team of machine learning researchers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall work programme of interrelated projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration.
- Lead a team of machine learning researchers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Conduct staff appraisals, fostering individual growth through regular one-to-ones, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent in machine learning.
- Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, creating a space where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with technical degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence advantageous.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programmes, with a solid understanding of programme management methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing a team of researchers or developers, preferably with a focus on machine learning-related projects.
- Experience in recruitment and retention strategies, with a track record of attracting and developing top talent in machine learning.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
