Senior Repairs Performance Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Repairs Performance Advisor to join our team at IRIS-Networx Services. As a key member of our Repairs Service, you will play a crucial role in driving resident satisfaction and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse repairs performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our partner contractor to ensure they are meeting their performance targets and driving resident satisfaction.
  • Actively intervene in individual jobs where the job is in jeopardy to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement coaching and training plans to improve the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Present regular performance reports to management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of the repairs service and its operations.
