Senior Repairs Performance Advisor

IRIS-Networx Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Repairs Performance Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the Repairs Service, you will play a crucial role in driving resident satisfaction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality repairs services.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze repairs performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Repairs Team Manager and Planned Cyclical Works Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching and training to new starters and team members to embed a culture of excellence.
- Audit and quality assure the work and outputs of others to agreed quality and time standards.
- Knowledge of housing repairs and their causes.
- Ability to support resources within a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Experience of interacting with customers in a warm and engaging way.
- Experience of analyzing data and identifying trends.
- Ability to audit and quality assure the work and outputs of others.
- Knowledge of scheduling systems including DRS.
