Job Summary:

Mott MacDonald is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multi-disciplinary design projects, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of design solutions for complex projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our design solutions are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • Qualified design engineer (preferably Chartered or working towards Chartership).
  • Experience in clean water treatment or dams & reservoir design.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
