Substation Project Manager Opportunity

Eosol Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and management of substations in the PV Gonerby and PV Winkburn projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the energy sector, particularly involving substation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scopes, timelines, and budgets for substation projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
  • Ensure that all construction and management activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
  • Oversee project budgets, controlling costs and maximizing resources to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction and management of substation projects within the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, substation design, construction practices, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
