Key Responsibilities

  • Directly support the Senior Communications Executive and Senior Communications Manager.
  • Assist in implementing the communications strategy outlined by management.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with influencers and media outlets.
  • Continuously research and engage with new influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare briefs for creative PR materials such as look books and promotional mailers.
  • Oversee the gifted influencer program.
  • Coordinate the gifting program for US presenters.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Communications, Social Media, SEO, and eCommerce to ensure a cohesive team effort.
  • Regularly communicate with Buying & Merchandising teams to align communications with product launches.
  • Manage sample distribution and logistics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the team.
  • Contribute to creative mailer concepts.
  • Support the Senior Communications Executive with media outreach.
  • Help organize media and influencer events.
  • Generate reports from influencer marketing or PR perspectives.
  • Share insights and industry trends; all team contributions are valued.
  • Achieve set KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in brand marketing or PR, either in-house or at an agency, at a junior or assistant level is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for communications, social media, and retail marketing.
  • A deep interest in fashion and related sectors such as music, arts, beauty, and film.
  • Exceptional communication skills, necessary for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A flexible and adaptable working style, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
