About the Role

Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales and Business Management Trainee to join their comprehensive graduate programme. This exciting opportunity is designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders and managers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a core knowledge of how the business operates, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing. They will also gain hands-on experience with the vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business operations, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.
  • Build relationships with customers, including electricians, contractors, and tradespeople, and advise them on products and services.
  • Participate in formal sales training courses and complete workbook assessments to underpin learning and development.
  • Engage with business customers over the phone and learn business development strategies and how to target and win new trading accounts.
  • Progress to a business-to-business field sales management position, with increased earning potential and bigger bonuses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a recent graduate with a passion for business and sales. You will also need to be money-motivated, a relationship builder, competitive, and driven. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
