Your New Role:
  • You will work closely with our sales team, mentored by experienced Business Development Managers and our internal Learning and Development team.
  • This is a phone-based role, with the opportunity to build relationships face-to-face with clients and candidates.
  • You will be responsible for lead gathering, hitting weekly KPI targets, and ensuring full compliance with new accounts.
  • You will take a full job brief from clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that candidates are qualified against live roles.
  • You will prepare candidates for interviews, debrief them after, and follow through to successful placements.
About You:
  • You may have sales experience, or you may be a graduate looking to kick-start your career in recruitment or sales.
  • You are a good communicator, confident in building rapport and relationships with others.
