Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

Pentagon Technical Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment of skilled personnel for PTS projects across the UK and Europe
  • Process candidate CVs, maintain databases, and liaise with candidates for references and documentation
  • Work closely with the HR function, SLT team, and Project Managers to ensure recruitment processes are followed
  • Handle confidential candidate data and adhere to GDPR rules and regulations

Deliverables:

  • Ensure employment contracts are correct and in line with employment law
  • Maintain the CV database and handle candidate data
  • Ensure references have been sought before appointing a candidate to a post
  • Maintain the master HR tracker and update with all personnel details

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service and company representation skills
  • Good demonstration of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • CIPD qualified 3 or 5
