Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:
Pentagon Technical Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment of skilled personnel for PTS projects across the UK and Europe
- Process candidate CVs, maintain databases, and liaise with candidates for references and documentation
- Work closely with the HR function, SLT team, and Project Managers to ensure recruitment processes are followed
- Handle confidential candidate data and adhere to GDPR rules and regulations
Deliverables:
- Ensure employment contracts are correct and in line with employment law
- Maintain the CV database and handle candidate data
- Ensure references have been sought before appointing a candidate to a post
- Maintain the master HR tracker and update with all personnel details
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service and company representation skills
- Good demonstration of confidentiality
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- CIPD qualified 3 or 5
