We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Electrical Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands strong leadership, project management, client engagement skills, and technical expertise in BMS, electrical installations, and heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including BMS and heating solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Project Coordinator, preferably within the BMS, electrical installation, or heating services sectors.
  • Adopt a customer-focused approach to work.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building management systems, and heating solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
