About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at Bowdon Associates Ltd. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and repair on all industrial cleaning equipment, ensuring a world-class service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service and repair on all industrial cleaning equipment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with regional service managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in on-job coaching and training to enhance personal development and skills.
  • Attend reactive weekend on-call work orders as required.
Requirements
  • 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Formal mechanical/electrical qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the service and/or cleaning industry or willingness to fast-track through training.
  • Experience with electronics, batteries, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and diesel engines.
  • Municipal cleaning equipment, fork trucks, HGV, plant hire, horticultural, and agricultural machinery experience.
  • Full UK driving license essential.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight if required.
  • Passport required for some training in Europe.
