Pentagon Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process for skilled personnel across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR Manager and wider HR team in the recruitment of skilled personnel, including processing candidate CVs, filing, and adding to databases.
- Candidate Liaison: Liaise with candidates for references and other documentation, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- HR Administration: Maintain the CV database, handle candidate data, and ensure compliance with GDPR rules and regulations.
- Employment Contracts: Ensure employment contracts are correct and in line with employment law, and maintain the master HR tracker with all personnel details.
- Education: CIPD qualified (Level 3 or 5)
- Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, good customer service and company representation skills, and good demonstration of confidentiality.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications (version 7 or later)
This is a full-time position based in our Beaconsfield office. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the HR function, wider SLT team, and Project Managers to ensure recruitment processes are followed and adequately skilled individuals are appointed to job posts.
