Our Battery Team is among the most dynamic within the organization, propelled by the growing emphasis on Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) technologies. We are seeking talented Systems Integration Engineers to become part of our Battery Systems Advanced Concepts & Research division, which plays a vital role in developing integration solutions that achieve functional objectives for components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Project Oversight: Manage the integration of cutting-edge battery systems into vehicle architectures, ensuring alignment with JLR's sustainability and electrification goals.
  • Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, production, and marketing, to guarantee seamless integration and operational functionality of battery systems.
  • Risk and Compliance Oversight: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and execute strategies to enhance project efficiency, boost productivity, and minimize costs.
