About the Role

Our Battery Team is expanding rapidly, fueled by the growing emphasis on Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) technologies within our strategic initiatives. We are seeking talented Systems Integration Engineers to join our Battery Systems Advanced Concepts & Research division. This team plays a vital role in delivering integration solutions that meet the functional requirements of our components.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Project Oversight: Supervise the incorporation of advanced battery systems into vehicle architectures, ensuring alignment with JLR's sustainability and electrification objectives.
- Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams including R&D, design, production, and marketing to guarantee the seamless integration and operational effectiveness of battery systems.
- Risk Assessment and Compliance: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and execute strategies to enhance project operations, driving productivity and cost-effectiveness.
