We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day people operations across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
- Design and implement HR policies and frameworks, including performance management, absence management, and KPIs.
- Drive EDI and cultural initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion.
- Support the wider business with ad-hoc tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Experience working in a small-mid-sized organization, with a proven track record of success in HR or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes, with the ability to analyze and improve existing systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Creative and intuitive individual, with a passion for driving business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.
