Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Stangate HR is seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the People team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising their HR systems and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation and management of their HR system, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Manage user access and security settings, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and data protection regulations.
  • Lead various system administration functions, including system design, configuration, and housekeeping activities in support of HRIS project initiatives.
  • Conduct regular system administration tasks and audits, including managing monthly upgrades, testing new functionality, and developing data reporting solutions.
Data Integrity and Reporting:
  • Audit HR data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Generate and analyse reports to support People Team operations, decision-making, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide data insights and analytics to HR leadership, informing strategic planning and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and related software tools.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills, with the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights.
  • Knowledge and experience of data analytic programmes, particularly Power BI.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and best practices, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
What We Offer:

This role can be based in any of our Edinburgh, Glasgow or Dundee offices with the flexibility to work from home part of the week if desired. If based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, regular travel to our Dundee HQ will be required.
