Human Resources Analytics Specialist

Stangate HR is seeking a skilled Human Resources Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our People team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- System Management: Oversee the daily operations of our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and process improvement.
- Data Integrity and Reporting: Regularly audit HR data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and generate reports to support People Team operations and decision-making.
- System Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and technical support, resolving issues promptly.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and better utilization of HRIS system.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and related software tools, excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Experience: Several years of experience in HRIS administration, analytics, or a similar role, with a strong background in HRIS platforms, particularly iTrent.
This role can be based in any of our Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Dundee offices, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week if desired.
