About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Manager to cover a period of maternity leave on a fixed-term basis. As the successful candidate, you will report directly to the People and Culture Director and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the people function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of four people professionals and support the successful execution of people programmes to enhance employee engagement, performance, and recruitment and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance, support, and advice to the people team and wider museum.
