We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of a teacher, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise students in the classroom, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Manage classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behaviour
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, adapting to the needs of individual students
- Assist students with their work, providing support and guidance as needed
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues that may arise
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role involves working in a school environment, which may require standing for long periods of time. The successful candidate will be able to handle challenging behaviour from students and work collaboratively with teaching staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent in the future.
