**Job Description**

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at EX10. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, and facilitating communication within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Facilitate communication within the team
  • Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

**Requirements**

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the property services industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
