About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Bookings Department at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to outpatient bookings, including booking appointments, registering patients, and processing annual leave.
  • Handle all inquiries efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, modification, and maintenance using electronic or manual systems.
  • Prioritize workload and ensure work is carried out to required standards and within agreed working practices and procedures.
  • Build clinics on the EPR system to reflect current occupancy.
  • Run daily reports and take necessary actions.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage, appraise, and interpret data, and present it in a timely and professional manner.
  • Good IT and keyboard skills, with experience in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in an administrative or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders, including consultants, secretaries, and patients.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-skill.
