About the Role:

Pareto is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Expert, you will play a crucial role in identifying and strategizing opportunities for business growth within a specified sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a customer-facing representative of the business within your specialized industry, showcasing the benefits of our company offering and how it can help clients solve their connectivity and business challenges.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, highlighting the value of our services and how they can drive business success.
  • Attend major conferences, networking events, and industry dates to drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Network, CSM, and Build teams to seek out and maximize all sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a vertical-specific sales plan to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and build business cases for specific vertical needs and wants.
  • Support management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous Sales Development experience (essential).
  • Excellent command of all tools at an SDR's disposal, including Sales Nav and CRMs.
  • Ability to articulate ideas to a wide array of audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making with senior-level audiences.
  • IT literacy.
  • Self-motivation, with a strong desire to succeed.
