NPL is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery Team.

As part of the UK Telecoms Lab (UKTL), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of cutting-edge cybersecurity and networking technologies that safeguard the UK's digital infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for complex technical challenges, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Maintain and repair IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Assess user needs and provide tailored recommendations for hardware and software solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT service delivery best practices.
