We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Foodservice and B2B relationships, developing commercial strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our B2B and Foodservice customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Foodservice and B2B sectors.
- Category Management: Work closely with the NPD Team to develop and implement category management strategies that drive sales and revenue.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee key projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the Director of Sales on business performance and potential.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: 3-5 years of commercial experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Foodservice and B2B sectors, preferably in chilled food.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze data and transform it into insights, highly organized and structured, team player with influence skills.
