Job Title: Store Manager - Food and Beverage

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in York. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Manage and oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability in all daily operations.
  • Human Resources: Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities.
  • Team Management: Ensure the team is motivated and working together effectively.
  • Administration: Undertake store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, performance management, and managing sales and financial reports.
  • Communication: Liaise and work with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing.
  • Health and Safety: Protect employees and customers by ensuring compliance with company regulatory policies and daily guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
  • Rota Management: Schedule and manage the rota, ensuring adequate manpower.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high standards in customer service and health and safety.
  • Store Reputation: Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
  • Team Development: Develop a passionate working environment and help team members grow and improve.
  • Team Performance: Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Training and Education: Train and educate team members on drink-making processes and policies.
  • Content Creation: Manage and create content for social media platforms.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry.
  • Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • Attitude: Energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset.
  • Leadership and Customer Management: Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Learning and Sharing: Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team.
