Job Title: Senior Administrator, Funded Programmes

Job Summary:

The Senior Administrator, Funded Programmes will be responsible for the administration of admission and registration onto funded academic programmes in IOB. This includes managing the funded programmes application and registration queues, liaising with funding bodies, students, and internal departments, and preparing reports to funding bodies and internal steering groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of applications to funded academic programmes
  • Management of the funded programmes application and registration queues
  • Liaison with funding bodies, students, and internal departments
  • Preparation of reports to funding bodies and internal steering groups
  • Communication with applicants and students regarding their applications
  • Managing sensitive data in line with IOB's Data Protection Policy
  • Ensuring requisite records are retained for funding body audit purposes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skills in data entry and data processing with great attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint
  • Previous experience in the CRM system, Salesforce, is desirable
  • Well-versed in time management and task prioritisation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with difficult queries from customers
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Able to work under own initiative
Qualifications and Experience:

A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable. Previous experience working in a professional body or education institution is also desirable.
