Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operational process, from sample kits to final test reports, to ensure seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with private hospital groups, providing support with ordering, logistics, and reporting.
- Onboard new clients, set up account structures, processes, and workflows, and assist in the preparation and execution of programs and services.
- Provide support with reporting, handle client inquiries, and maintain ongoing customer service.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business or life science, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Experience in cardiology, oncology, or infectious diseases.
