Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of the branch, utilizing your team management expertise to guide and develop a small team.
  • Manage staff attendance and resource allocation effectively.
  • Facilitate training and maintain accurate training records for branch personnel.
  • Exhibit passion and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives.
  • Adopt a commercial mindset to drive sales and optimize profit margins, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A valid driving license is a prerequisite.
  • Previous experience in a comparable management position, preferably within a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC context, would be advantageous.
