Are you passionate about providing care? Do you aspire to assist individuals with mild learning disabilities in leading fulfilling and independent lives?

We are seeking dedicated Care Support Specialists to become part of our newly established supported living service. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team to support 17 individuals in their own residences, each with unique interests and hobbies, including shopping, cooking, swimming, and participating in various activities such as film nights and pampering sessions.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering personal care and medication management
  • Facilitating daily living skills
  • Organizing and engaging in recreational activities

As a member of our supportive team, you will have the opportunity to reach your full potential.

Shift Patterns:

  • Day shifts: 7am – 10pm
  • Early shifts: 7am – 2.30pm
  • Late shifts: 2.30pm – 10pm
  • Night shifts: 10pm – 7am (optional)

We offer both part-time and full-time positions, with alternating weekends required.

Please note: At this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.

Experience: While prior experience with individuals facing learning disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We welcome those new to the care sector and are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you thrive in this rewarding field.

Our training program includes working towards the Care Certificate and covers essential topics such as learning disability awareness, autism awareness, and mental health awareness.
