Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist or Psychological Professional to lead the Hastings Multiple Admissions Pathway. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the pathway, as well as support the work within the Assessment and Treatment Team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate network meetings and provide psychological expertise in the pathway.
- Develop and implement effective psychological interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members.
- Contribute to the development of the pathway's strategic direction and goals.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist or Psychological Professional with:
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology.
- Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working with complex mental health needs and a wide range of client groups.
- Well-developed knowledge of psychological therapies and assessment methodologies.
- Evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HCPC.
