About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Festive Tesco Colleagues. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring our stores run smoothly during the festive period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required.
  • Support the store management team in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
