Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring the store is safe and secure
- Lead from the front, setting a great example for colleagues and driving a culture of excellence
- Monitor and improve store performance, working closely with managers to deliver actions that drive results
What We Offer
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will enjoy a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for progression and development. You will also benefit from a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
