Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring the store is safe and secure
  • Lead from the front, setting a great example for colleagues and driving a culture of excellence
  • Monitor and improve store performance, working closely with managers to deliver actions that drive results

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will enjoy a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for progression and development. You will also benefit from a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
