  • Thursday: 11:00 - 20:00
  • Friday: 13:00 - 22:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for our Team Supervisor role is £14.28, increasing to £15.41 for locations within the M25. Additional compensation may be available based on location and skill set.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours of work per week for new team members, with options to work fewer hours if preferred, down to a minimum of 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, ensuring they find what they need and leave satisfied.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement, including coaching team members and providing constructive feedback.
  • Support colleagues in maintaining a safe and welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Monitor store performance and assist management in implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for your team in all aspects of the role.
