Client Account Coordinator

Exciting Opportunity: Join a rapidly expanding, innovative organization specializing in energy, data, and technology as a Client Account Coordinator.

Role Overview: You will provide essential support to a Senior Account Manager responsible for managing several key client accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings alongside the Account Manager, which may occur via virtual platforms or in-person.
- Occasional overnight travel may be necessary, with all expenses reimbursed.
- Process orders through a specialized in-house CRM system, ensuring accuracy in order management.
- Oversee the primary accounts email inbox and engage directly with clients regarding account inquiries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least one year of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity.
- Experience in sales or account administration is preferred.
- Background in the Energy or Utilities sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables, as well as familiarity with Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confidence in asking questions and engaging with business clients independently.
- Demonstrated initiative and analytical thinking.
- Organized and proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience with in-house systems is beneficial.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
