Commercial Account Handler

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Commercial Account Handler to join our Renewable Energy Team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated book of Renewable Energy clients, managing renewals, invoicing, and client payments, producing new quotes, and upselling/cross-selling additional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Renewable Energy clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
- Meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives and working on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing solutions, and articulating the impact of options.
Requirements:
- Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products is essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
