Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned projects and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Communicate client requirements effectively to ensure accurate marketing of risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with territory, tax, and legislation requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Produce high-quality market documentation and secure necessary authorizations.
  • Take ownership of data entry, credit control, and chasing subjectivities as required.
  • Process data promptly and accurately to support client service and internal process execution.
  • Maintain accurate client files and produce documentation to meet client, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Stay informed of external, industry, legal, and regulatory developments relevant to Howden.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of general and legal principles of insurance.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Desirable: relevant experience in an account handling or technical role.
  • Able to positively react to change and work collaboratively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
