Commercial Insurance Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Insure Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding sessions with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Identify and advise clients on insurable risks and provide solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive insurance terms for clients.
  • Ensure accurate and complete policy documentation is provided to clients.
  • Assist clients with claims issues and provide support throughout the claims process.
  • Collect premiums and manage premium finance agreements.
  • Renew client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance products, including Tradesmen's Liability, Property Owners, Commercial Combined, and Cyber insurance.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a win-win mindset.
  • Excellent listening skills and an inquisitive mind.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Adobe.
  • Desire to progress your insurance career to being an Account Handler.
