As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the launch of a new leisure venue. The Event Sales Specialist will be instrumental in managing key elements of our event planning and booking processes.

In this role, you will handle outbound sales efforts, plan, and execute a variety of events. Creativity and enthusiasm are essential as you will be the first point of contact for clients interested in our event offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with local organizations and educational institutions to promote corporate events and gatherings.
  • Manage event bookings across all Archie's locations.
  • Oversee the promotion, scheduling, and execution of events.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them throughout their experience.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding events via various communication channels.
  • Ensure accurate communication of event details with relevant teams prior to each event.
  • Collaborate with different departments to guarantee seamless event execution and exceed guest expectations.
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to effectively promote events through various channels.
  • Conduct follow-ups with guests post-event to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Sales & Event Coordinator role within the hospitality or leisure sector.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and business development.
  • Experience in organizing both unique and recurring events.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in project management.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to implement and manage event management systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills. A background check will be required for this position.
