Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children & Young Person Support Worker team at the CareTech Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team and ensuring the needs of our Children and Young People are met in accordance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in implementing operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical and local authorities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and personal development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work patterns and rotas.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
